Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders and prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and menu items.
  • Serve food items (e.g., pastries, sandwiches) as required.
  • Manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
  • Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards.

 

Qualification & Skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
