Job Responsibilities
<p>A Kitchen Helper assists in the daily operations of a kitchen by performing basic food preparation, cleaning, and organizational tasks. This role ensures the kitchen operates efficiently and remains clean and organized to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Food Preparation:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.</li>
<li>Assist chefs and cooks in preparing simple dishes and setting up workstations.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Cleaning and Maintenance:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.</li>
<li>Wash dishes, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.</li>
<li>Sweep and mop kitchen floors and ensure garbage is disposed of properly.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Stock Management:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Unpack, organize, and store food supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Support Kitchen Operations:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Assist with plating and assembling dishes during service hours.</li>
<li>Ensure that all food items are properly labeled, dated, and stored according to safety regulations.</li>
<li>Help with unloading and organizing food deliveries.</li>

Qualification & Skills

<li><strong>Basic Cooking Skills:</strong> Ability to assist in food preparation and understand basic cooking techniques.</li>
<li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Ability to keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked.</li>
<li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Ensuring food quality and cleanliness standards are met.</li>
<li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Ability to work well with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.</li>
