Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
  • Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Handle payments, including cash and card transactions, and provide accurate bills.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in preparing the restaurant for opening and closing shifts.
