Job Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction:

    • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
    • Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
  • Order Management:

    • Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
    • Serve meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualification & Skills

qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus.
