Job Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Seating Guests:

    • Welcome customers upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
    • Provide menus and offer initial drink recommendations.
  • Order Taking and Service:

    • Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
    • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Maintain a friendly and polite demeanor at all times.
    • Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
  • Table Management:

    • Set up and clear tables efficiently.
    • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
Qualification & Skills

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests.
