Job Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support:

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; redirect as needed.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Document Preparation:

    • Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Take meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholder.
  3. Office Coordination:

    • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels.
    • Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  4. Communication:

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Relay information accurately between departments or individuals.
  5. Compliance and Confidentiality:

    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
    • Adhere to organizational policies and legal requirements.
Qualification & Skills

. Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.

2. Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Familiarity with office procedures, scheduling, and organizational workflows.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc.)..

4. Core Competencies:

  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Professional email etiquette and the ability to draft formal correspondence.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
