Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Qualification & Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, scheduling software).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (even as an internship or part-time).
Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, copiers, fax machines).
Ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
