Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

 

Qualification & Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, scheduling software).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (even as an internship or part-time).
  • Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, copiers, fax machines).
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
