Job Responsibilities

<li><strong>Appointment Scheduling</strong>: Maintain an organized schedule by managing appointments and meeting room bookings.</li>
<li><strong>Visitor Management</strong>: Monitor and manage visitor logs, ensuring adherence to security protocols.</li>
<li><strong>Correspondence Handling</strong>: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.</li>
<li><strong>Administrative Support</strong>: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.</li>
<li><strong>Customer Service</strong>: Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to appropriate personnel.</li>

Qualification & Skills
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office management or related fields is a plus.</li>
<li>Prior experience in customer service or a front desk role preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
