Job Responsibilities

<p><strong>Reception Duties</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, screen and route them as necessary.</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Maintain and update records, logs, and files.</li>
<li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.</li>
<li>Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Customer Service</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Address customer complaints and escalate them as necessary.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Qualification & Skills
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications (e.g., in hospitality or office administration) are a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.</li>
