Job Responsibilities
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<h4><strong>Reception and Customer Service</strong></h4>

<li>Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.</li>
<li>Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.</li>
<li>Provide information about the organization&rsquo;s services or direct inquiries to the relevant person.</li>
</ul>

<h4><strong>Administrative Support</strong></h4>

<ul>
<li>Manage and organize appointments, schedules, and meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain and update records, logs, and documentation.</li>
<li>Handle correspondence, such as emails, memos, and packages.</li>
<li>Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.</li>
</ul>

<h4><strong>Visitor Management</strong></h4>

<ul>
<li>Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.</li>
<li>Inform staff of visitor arrivals.</li>
<li>Ensure security procedures are followed.</li>
</ul>

Qualification & Skills
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor&#39;s degree preferred).</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.</li>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effective.</li>
