Job Responsibilities

<p><strong>Compliance and Quality Assurance:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Ensure all documentation complies with applicable legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.</li>
<li>Regularly review and audit documents to maintain accuracy and relevancy.</li>

<p><strong>Collaboration and Communication:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to gather and verify information for documentation.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between departments for document-related needs.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>System and Tool Management:</strong></p>

<li>Utilize document management systems (DMS) or software to store, retrieve, and secure documents.</li>
<li>Train staff on proper use of documentation tools and processes.</li>

<p><strong>Editing and Proofreading:</strong></p>

<li>Review and refine documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency.</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of quality in all written materials.</li>

<p><strong>Data Retrieval and Reporting:</strong></p>

<li>Assist in retrieving and compiling data for audits, reviews, or management requests.</li>
<li>Generate reports on documentation status, updates, and usage.</li>

<p><strong>Archiving and Disposal:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Archive obsolete documents following retention policies.</li>
<li>Oversee secure disposal of outdated or sensitive records.</li>

Qualification & Skills

<li>Basic knowledge of database management is a plus.</li>
