Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and welcome visitors or clients in a warm and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, or inquiries promptly.
    • Provide accurate information about the company, services, or events.
  2. Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
    • Maintain records, databases, and logs as needed.
    • Handle mail distribution, courier services, and document filing.
  3. Office Coordination:

    • Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and organized.
    • Coordinate with other departments for meetings or events.
    • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  4. Problem Resolution:

    • Address client or visitor concerns professionally.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  5. Security and Access:

    • Monitor entry and exit of visitors to ensure security.
    • Issue visitor badges or IDs if applicable.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Friendly and professional demeanor in person and online.
  • Organizational Skills:

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
