Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. They are responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Manage appointment scheduling and reservations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges).
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Qualification & Skills

Qualifications & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business administration, or related field).

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles.
Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Multitasking and time-management skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with standard working hours.
May require extended hours during peak business times.
