Job Responsibilities
  • Guest/Visitor Management

    • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information and address inquiries efficiently.
    • Manage guest sign-ins and maintain visitor logs.
  • Telephone Management

    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
    • Take messages and relay them accurately.
  • Administrative Support

    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
    • Handle correspondence such as emails and letters.
    • Maintain records and update databases.
  • Customer Service

    • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
    • Resolve issues or escalate them to appropriate personnel.
Qualification & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
