Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Provide accurate information to clients, employees, and guests.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support other departments with clerical duties as required.
