Job Responsibilities
Guest/Visitor Management
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and address inquiries efficiently.
Manage guest sign-ins and maintain visitor logs.
Telephone Management
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Take messages and relay them accurately.
Administrative Support
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Handle correspondence such as emails and letters.
Maintain records and update databases.
Customer Service
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Resolve issues or escalate them to appropriate personnel.
Qualification & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
