Job Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities: 
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a database of clients, keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to clients in a persuasive and informative manner.
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and address concerns or objections raised by clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to effectively sell to clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and outcomes to the sales manager.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company in all client interactions.
- Stay informed about market dynamics, competition, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Work efficiently and independently while managing time and resources effectively.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

 Qualifications: 
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a strong customer service orientation.

 Working Conditions: 
- The Sales Officer will work primarily in an office setting but may also attend client meetings or events.
- This role may require occasional travel to meet clients or attend conferences or industry events.
