Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Provide accurate information and direct guests appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Communication Handling:

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner.
Handle inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update records, logs, and appointment schedules.
Assist in data entry, document filing, and office correspondence.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Qualification & Skills
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
