Greeting & Customer Service
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly manner.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Communication & Coordination
Liaise with various departments to relay messages and ensure smooth communication.
Assist in coordinating events, meetings, or office activities.
