Job Responsibilities
The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. They are responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Manage appointment scheduling and reservations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges).
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with other departments for office management needs.
Qualification & Skills
1. Qualifications & Education
High school diploma (minimum), but a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Additional training in customer service or office administration is a plus.
2. Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of administrative procedures.
