Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Representative to manage reception duties, greet visitors, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
Coordinate with security and ensure visitor logs are maintained.
Qualification & Skills
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently (multitasking skills).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
