Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies that align with company objectives and deliver on departmental goals.
3. Collaborate with senior management to execute organizational plans and initiatives.
4. Oversee daily operations and address any challenges that arise within the team or department.
5. Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
7. Lead training and development efforts for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
8. Handle conflicts, provide coaching, and resolve employee issues in a timely and constructive manner.
9. Manage budgets, resources, and allocate tasks efficiently.
10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding department progress, challenges, and
outcomes.
Qualification & Skills
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
