Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to oversee and streamline daily operations. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, manage schedules, and ensure projects or tasks are executed efficiently. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project and Task Management:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth operations.
Track progress and report on key milestones.
Communication and Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between teams, departments, or external partners.
Ensure clear and effective communication among stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and follow-ups.
Administrative Support:

Maintain records, documentation, and reports.
Manage schedules, appointments, and logistics.
Assist with budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.




Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (depending on the industry).
Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar project management software.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with different departments or teams.
