Job Responsibilities
The Front Desk Representative is responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Manage appointments, reservations, and scheduling as needed.
Maintain security by monitoring visitor access and issuing passes if required.

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.

Work Environment:
Office setting with frequent interaction with clients and staff.
May require extended hours or weekend shifts based on business needs.
