Job Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Assisting Visitors:

    • Welcome guests, clients, or customers as they arrive at the office or facility.
    • Provide information and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Managing Phone Calls and Emails:

    • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
    • Respond to emails or direct them to the relevant department.
    • Provide information or assist with inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Appointments:

    • Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized calendar for meetings and events.
    • Coordinate schedules between clients, employees, or departments.
    • Remind clients or staff of upcoming appointments.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
    • Assist with office inventory, including ordering
