Job Overview:

4. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment by setting clear expectations and addressing behavioral issues effectively.

5. Parent and Guardian Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians to discuss student progress, concerns, and achievements.

6. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching techniques, and subject matter expertise through ongoing professional development.

7. Mentoring and Support: Provide guidance and support to students outside of class hours, such as through office hours or tutoring sessions.

8. Participation in School Activities: Contribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities, committees, or special events as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area. A teaching certification or license is a plus.

- Previous teaching experience is preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong knowledge of the subject matter you will be teaching.

- Effective classroom management and instructional skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
