Child Development & Well-being:
Observe and assess children’s progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Encourage social interaction, emotional expression, and self-confidence.
Support children's physical development through indoor and outdoor activities.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Qualification &
Skills
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Certification in teaching or child development
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a pre-primary setting (preferred).
Knowledge of Montessori or play-based learning is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
Classroom management and child behavior handling.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
Other Requirements:
Passion for early childhood education.
Basic computer skills for lesson planning.
