Responsibilities:
Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that engage students and align with the curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods to the learning styles and needs of individual students.
Ensure students understand key concepts and skills required for their grade level.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Use effective strategies to manage student behavior and encourage participation.
Implement classroom rules and maintain discipline.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Monitor student progress through regular assessments (quizzes, tests, projects, etc.).
Provide timely feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
Track academic performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Hold parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and challenges.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Professional Development:
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on educational trends and best practices.
Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
Additional Duties:
Supervise students during breaks, lunch periods, or extracurricular activities.
Support extracurricular activities such as school clubs, sports, or special events.

Teaching certification or qualifications as required by the local education authority.
Previous teaching experience at the lower secondary level is preferred.
