Job Responsibilities
The Front Desk Representative is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Reception:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Assist guests with inquiries, appointments, and directions.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain front desk security by following procedures and monitoring visitors.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Keep records of office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Clerical Support:

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as handling invoices or receipts.
Prepare and update reports, logs, and databases.
Qualification & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
Experience in administrative tasks or hospitality is an advantage.
