The Front Desk Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees. They manage reception activities, including greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
