Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for the team, ensuring optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management, analyzing performance, forecasting trends, and recommending improvements.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with high-value clients and close sales deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance brand presence in the market.
Qualification & Skills
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior analysis.
