Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our newly launched FMCG product. You will be responsible for overseeing area-wise sales, acquiring new customers, and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Area-wise Sales Management:

    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
    • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
  2. Customer Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
  3. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Develop innovative sales tactics to differentiate our product and increase market penetration.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the sales team.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
