The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for managing reception duties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage appointments, maintain schedules, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services or policies.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including monitoring inventory of office supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Ensure security by following visitor sign-in/out protocols and issuing visitor badges.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
