Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current customers to drive repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualification & Skills

Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Required Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (depending on the level of the role).
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience in the specific industry or product/service knowledge.
    • Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales.

  • Sales Skills:

    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to deliver presentations and product demos clearly and confidently.

    • Ability to manage multiple leads, accounts, and tasks effectively.
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Technology Skills:

    • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
