Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Test-Specific Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver customized lessons that focus on the specific requirements and strategies of the IELTS and PTE exams. Cover all four language skills—listening, reading, writing, and speaking—while emphasizing exam techniques.</li>
<li>Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of students’ proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback to help improve their skills. Use mock exams and practice tests to track progress.</li>
<li>Individualized Instruction: Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional assistance with specific areas of the IELTS/PTE exam. Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and adjust teaching methods accordingly.</li>
<li>Exam Strategies: Teach students key strategies for time management, answering techniques, and navigating the test format to increase their confidence and performance.</li>
</ul>

Qualification & Skills

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (a Master’s degree or TESOL/TEFL certification may be preferred).</li>
<li>Proven experience teaching IELTS and PTE preparation courses.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the IELTS and PTE test formats, scoring criteria, and strategies.</li>
<li>Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills:

<ul>
<li>Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or a similar qualification.</li>
<li>Experience in teaching English for academic purposes or preparing students for other English proficiency exams.</li>
<li>Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms for remote learning.</li>
</ul>
