Job Summary:
The Primary School Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to young students . The role requires fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages academic growth, social development, and personal well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning & Instruction:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
Student Assessment & Development:
Regularly assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and observation.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior.
Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters respect, cooperation, and a love for learning.
Address classroom issues promptly, using appropriate discipline methods that promote learning and respect.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other teachers, staff, and parents to monitor and support students' development.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
Support & Engagement:
Encourage the development of social skills, personal responsibility, and emotional intelligence among students.
Organize extracurricular activities that support the overall development of students.
Qualification &
Skills
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching at the primary school level is preferred.
Experience in creating and implementing engaging educational activities is a plus.
