Job Responsibilities
A Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. They must be attentive, friendly, and efficient while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Order Management:

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and presentation.
Handle special dietary requests and modifications as needed.
