Job Responsibilities
Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests as they enter the restaurant, seating them, and presenting menus.

Taking Orders: Listening to customer orders, answering menu-related questions, and offering suggestions if needed.

Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering food and beverages to customers promptly, ensuring that the presentation and temperature are correct.

Checking on Customers: Ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal, such as refills, condiments, or additional items.

Handling Payments: Presenting the bill, processing payments, and returning change if necessary.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables clean and organized, cleaning up spills, and resetting tables for the next guests.

Teamwork: Coordinating with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills
Skills:
Excellent Communication: Clear and friendly communication with customers and team members.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tables, orders, and tasks simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are correct, food presentation is proper, and customer requests are met.
Customer Service: Providing excellent service, including handling customer complaints or issues politely and efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays, and manage the demands of a busy environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time to provide fast, attentive service without compromising quality.
