Job Responsibilities
A waiter (or server) is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers in a restaurant or other dining establishment. Their primary duties include:

Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests and seating them at their tables.
Taking Orders: Listening to customer orders, suggesting menu items, and entering them into the system.
Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Checking on Customers: Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their meals and offering assistance when needed.
Handling Payments: Presenting the bill, processing payments, and giving change if necessary.
Cleaning and Setting Up Tables: Clearing plates, utensils, and glasses from tables, and setting tables for new customers.
Qualification & Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Customer-focused attitude: Friendly, helpful, and patient demeanor with a willingness to address customer needs.
Attention to detail: Ability to remember orders, special requests, and changes accurately.
Physical stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry heavy trays.
Teamwork: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment with other staff members.
Basic math skills: For handling payments and calculating bills.
