    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase products/services.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
    • Monitor and track sales performance using CRM tools or software.
Qualification & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

  •  Higher school or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • (Optional) Certifications in sales, customer relationship management (CRM), or related areas are a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (entry-level).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling or SPIN selling.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Basic understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
