Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in debt collection.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate and participate in training and development programs for collection agents.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Handle escalated collection matters and provide guidance in resolving complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, accounts, and agent performance.
