Job Responsibilities
A Sales Agent is responsible for selling products or services to customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. They identify potential clients, educate them about the company’s offerings, and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Keep track of sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualification & Skills
1. Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Experience:
Entry-level positions may require little to no prior experience.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

3. Skills & Competencies:
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present products/services and persuade potential clients.
Negotiation Skills: Capable of handling objections and closing deals effectively.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Positive attitude and proactive approach.

5. Work Environment:
May involve working in an office, retail store, or remotely.
Can require traveling to meet clients or attend business events.
