 Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of all collections, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Reconcile collected amounts with the accounts, updating the cooperative's financial records.
- Respond to member inquiries and provide information regarding account balances, payment schedules, and other related matters.
- Educate members on the importance of timely payments and cooperative policies.
- Identify and report delinquent accounts to the relevant department for further action.
- Assist in the resolution of payment discrepancies or member concerns.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with members.
- Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures while handling cash.
- Collaborate with the collections team to meet and exceed collection targets.
- Keep up-to-date with cooperative policies, procedures, and financial products.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections and related activities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge.

 Qualifications: 
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cash collection or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required).

 Working Conditions: 
- This position requires frequent travel within the designated area to visit members.
- Field Cash Collectors may need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member schedules.
- Handling of cash requires strict adherence to security and safety procedures.
