Job Responsibilities
A Marketing Professional is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote a company's products or services. Their role includes market research, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends.
Analyze consumer behavior and competitor strategies.

Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies.

Advertising & Promotion:
Manage online and offline advertising efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and graphics.

Brand Management:
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
Maintain brand reputation through PR and communication efforts.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

Qualification & Skills
1. Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience Requirements:
Mid-level: 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles, including campaign management.

3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media platforms).
Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce).

4. Soft Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creativity and problem-solving ability.

5. Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for business meetings or events (if required).
