Job Responsibilities
A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote a company’s products, services, or brand. engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ads.
Analyze website traffic and digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Create compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing emails.
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.
Qualification & Skills
1. Qualifications & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, SEO, etc.) are a plus.

2. Experience & Knowledge
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.

3. Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and on-page & off-page optimization.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles (preferred but not mandatory).

Analytical & Strategic Skills:
Ability to analyze digital marketing campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Creative & Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and customer engagement.
Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools (preferred).
Ability to think creatively and develop engaging marketing campaigns.
