1. Qualifications & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, SEO, etc.) are a plus.
2. Experience & Knowledge
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
3. Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and on-page & off-page optimization.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles (preferred but not mandatory).
Analytical & Strategic Skills:
Ability to analyze digital marketing campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced digital landscape.
Creative & Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and customer engagement.
Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools (preferred).
Ability to think creatively and develop engaging marketing campaigns.
