Job Responsibilities

<li>Greet and welcome guests promptly with a professional and friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization&rsquo;s services, policies, or operations.</li>
<li>Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, redirecting them as needed.</li>

<p><strong>Administrative Duties</strong></p>

<li>Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized front desk by managing paperwork, mail, and courier services.</li>
<li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.</li>
</ul>

Qualification & Skills
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is a plus).</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
