 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and approach potential clients in designated areas.
  • Build and maintain a client database, including contact information and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
  • Identify client needs and preferences to tailor product or service recommendations.
  • Answer client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or objections.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Keep updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competition to effectively sell to clients.
  • Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities, including setting up promotional materials and displays.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate strategies, share market insights, and provide feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during outdoor sales activities.


Qualification & Skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills for data entry and communication.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required).

 Working Conditions: 

  • The Outdoor Sales Officer will work primarily in outdoor settings, which may include visiting potential clients at their homes or businesses.
  • This role may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
