Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experience Finance Manager to oversee the financial operation. He/she will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, accounting & reporting activities to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the project

Key responsibilities

  • Develop & implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliances with standards
  • Prepare and monitor project budget, including revenue projections, expenses and cash flow forecasts
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhance and risk mitigation
  • Manage financial transaction, payable, receivable, payroll, vendor payment
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of financial reports, statement and manage fund from bank and with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external auditor, tax advisors, regulatory authorities to ensure compliances & tax requirement
  • Develop relation with banks, investor and provide advice to senior management
  • Lead and mentor finance team, provide training, coaching and performance feedback

Qualification & Skills

Qualification and requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field; Master degree or professional certification preferred
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting role with a minimum 5 year of experience in real estate, property development or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices and regulation
  • Proficiency in financial management software/system with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with stakeholder at all levels
