Job Responsibilities

  1. Cleaning Duties:

    • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
    • Dust and clean surfaces, including furniture, windows, and equipment.
    • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
    • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.

  2. Maintenance:

    • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report shortages to the supervisor.
    • Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow manufacturer guidelines.

  3. Customer Service:

    • Maintain a professional demeanor and assist occupants or visitors if needed.
    • Address cleaning requests or special instructions from management.
Qualification & Skills

 

   Qualifications

            Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services (preferred but not mandatory).

            Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment (training may be provided).

Skills

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins.
