Job Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting

    • Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting

    • Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor budgetary compliance and analyze variances.
  3. Accounts Management

    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Manage payroll, billing, and invoice processing.
  4. Compliance and Auditing

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
    • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
  5. Taxation

    • Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
    • Stay updated on tax laws and implement strategies to optimize tax benefits.
  6. Cost Control and Analysis

    • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements.
  7. Data and Record Management

    • Maintain and update financial records and databases.
    • Safeguard sensitive financial information and ensure data security.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:
    A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related.
