Job Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

• Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budgetary compliance and analyze variances.

• Accounts Management
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Manage payroll, billing, and invoice processing.

• Compliance and Auditing
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

• Taxation
Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
Stay updated on tax laws and implement strategies to optimize tax benefits.

• Cost Control and Analysis
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements.

• Data and Record Management
Maintain and update financial records and databases.
Safeguard sensitive financial information and ensure data security.
Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree: Most accounting positions require at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Degrees: For higher-level or specialized roles, such as financial manager or tax consultant, a master's degree in accounting or business administration might be necessary.
