Job Responsibilities
<p>Financial Recording and Reporting:</p>

<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expense claims.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li>
<li>Generate regular financial reports to provide management with relevant and timely financial information.</li>
</ul>

<p>Budgeting and Forecasting:</p>

<ul>
<li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with management and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Monitor budgetary performance and provide analysis and recommendations to support financial planning and control.</li>
<li>Identify and report on budget variances, investigating and addressing discrepancies as necessary.</li>
</ul>

<p>Financial Analysis and Decision Support:</p>

<ul>
<li>Conduct financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial ratios, to support decision-making processes.</li>
<li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on the analysis of financial data.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to analyze and evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<p>Compliance and Audit:</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax requirements and reporting obligations.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of financial information for audits and liaise with auditors during the audit process.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.</li>
</ul>

<p>Payroll and Taxation:</p>

<ul>
<li>Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions.</li>
<li>Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax savings opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Qualification & Skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and tax laws.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
