Job Responsibilities
A receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and guests.


Work Environment & Schedule:
Typically an office setting.
Standard working hours, but may require flexibility.
Interaction with clients, employees, and visitors daily.
Qualification & Skills
1. Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

2. Experience:
Entry-level to 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Experience with administrative tasks, office management, or clerical duties is an advantage.

3. Skills and Competencies:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems).
Knowledge of scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
