Job Overview: 

We are seeking a Boutique Helper to join our team and provide valuable support in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The Boutique Helper will assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the boutique and the satisfaction of our clients.

 Key Responsibilities: 

1.  Customer Assistance:  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products, helping with selections, and addressing their needs.

2.  Stock Management:  Receive and organize incoming inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

3.  Visual Merchandising:  Assist in creating attractive product displays, window arrangements, and overall visual aesthetics within the boutique.

4.  Point of Sale (POS):  Operate the POS system, handle sales transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.

5.  Fitting Room Assistance:  Manage the fitting rooms, assisting customers, and ensuring they have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

6.  Cleaning and Maintenance:  Maintain a clean and organized boutique environment, including tidying up displays, folding clothes, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

7.  Inventory Checks:  Perform periodic inventory checks and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.

8.  Customer Feedback:  Listen to customer feedback and communicate any concerns or suggestions to boutique management.

9.  Team Collaboration:  Collaborate with other boutique staff to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.

 Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized boutique space.

- Basic math skills for processing transactions and using the POS system.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Adaptability and a willingness to learn about products and fashion trends.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
