Job Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Instruction:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the curriculum.
Teach Japanese language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Incorporate cultural aspects of Japan to enhance the learning experience.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
Monitor student behavior and provide support to maintain discipline.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Design quizzes, exams, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
Provide feedback on student work and identify areas for improvement.
Grade assignments and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Qualification &
Skills
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language, education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Previous teaching experience, particularly in language instruction, is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Japanese culture, traditions, and societal norms.
